• 1 hour consultation with Colette where we'll dive deep into a thorough sleep assessment to understand your baby's sleep challenges and needs, your parenting approach and style and your ultimate goals.
• A customized comprehensive sleep plan based upon you and your babe's specific needs and circumstances
• 2 weeks of unlimited support via text, email, and phone (8am-8pm) with Colette as you work through implementing your plan. Colette will provide advice, guidance, support, and help troubleshoot any challenges that arise during our time together.

• 3 months of continued text and email support
