- 1 hour consultation with Colette where we'll dive deep into a thorough sleep assessment to understand your baby's sleep challenges and needs, your parenting approach and style and your ultimate goals.
- A customized comprehensive sleep plan based upon you and your babe's specific needs and circumstances
- 2 weeks of unlimited support via text, email, and phone (8am-8pm) with Colette as you work through implementing your plan. Colette will provide advice, guidance, support, and help troubleshoot any challenges that arise during our time together.
- Daily audit, review, and comments of baby's activities (feed, sleep, etc) through access to a virtual daily log tracker.
- 30-minute wrap-up coaching call to address questions and provide guidance to maintain healthy sleep habits for your child.
- One 30-minute follow-up call to be used within 4 weeks of our wrap-up call.
